Meet Lydia Shin Schroter, MBA; a co-founder and managing partner here at MagpieX! Lydia is a serial entrepreneur and an expert in startup investments. Her comprehensive executive experiences in finance and enterprise management at globally recognized organizations have brought her solid knowledge in public and private investment, strategic planning, and financial management. After the many successful exits of her investment portfolio, including Galaxy Power Inc., Lydia has been actively involved in the startup world both as a mentor and as an angel investor for domestic and global companies. As a co-founder and managing partner of MagpieX as well as our partner organization, The NEMIC Foundation, Lydia brings expertise in screening, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-investment management. In these roles, she spends a great deal of time advising startups in business planning development and capital raising. Additionally, she is a member of Mass Medical Angels, Sky Ventures Group, and Cherrystone Angel Group, and manages her own portfolio companies.
